He knows what clients need. Jeff Jensen began learning how to best serve clients before he even started his accounting career. From the time he was in first grade he worked at the family store dusting men’s dress hats, stocking yarn and zippers, and filling orders for shoes. He learned how to stock a store with merchandise that was what the customers wanted and needed. Jeff has taken that ability and turned it into a client’s best asset: a listening ear with experience. This skill allows him to offer not only expertise for a business owner, but also innovations and solutions that will contribute to a business’ longevity.
Specialization brings expertise. Jeff has worked for most of his career in the automotive dealership industry and has worked with all the largest groups of dealerships in the state of Utah. Jeff’s commitment to the auto industry is apparent in his leadership for the AUTOCPA Group, which is a group of accountants that work with automotive dealerships across the USA. As a former president, he knows all the pitfalls that can await a dealership and can wisely advise how to avoid them.
Guiding small businesses through complex changes. The reason Jeff decided to become a CPA was to focus on assisting small businesses. Jeff’s over 30 years of experience gives him the ability to share his knowledge with small businesses with honest opinion and solid advice. Business owners often know what they want and need but don’t know how to get there. Jeff guides small businesses through the complexities of tax and accounting details, and clients love his easygoing personality.
