2024 Tax Intern

2024 Tax Intern

January 18, 2024

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Required time commitment: Mid January – Mid April 2024

2-3 positions available

Are you looking for a high-quality internship that will help you continue your education? At Larson & Company, we’ve been teaching experts for 44 years, and we believe now it’s your turn to learn through an integrated internship experience. We are looking for individuals who are ready to apply the principles of hard work and dedication to provide the highest quality services to our clients. We offer hands on career experience from real client work, giving you an overview of the entire tax preparation process. Year after year we provide proven results with our interns, many of whom are chosen as full time employees. If you’re ready to get to work and become a genuine part of an extraordinary team, join us for more personalized training, an independent work environment, and the “Expectation Agreement” plan you won’t find in any other Utah CPA firm. But don’t take our word for it, here are some thoughts from our past interns:

“I learned a lot during my internship. I learned what to expect as a tax accountant at a firm. The great part of my internship was being able to touch nearly every type of tax return to become well rounded in all aspects. Having this internship built my confidence in my career choice.” (BillieJane, Intern 2018)

“I appreciated the trust Larson put in me as an intern. Instead of hovering over every little thing I worked on, they did a really good job of letting me learn on my own, make mistakes on my own, and then took the time to teach me how to correct those mistakes moving forward.  Larson & Company provides a great environment to work and to grow professionally.” (Hyrum, Intern 2022)

“My internship with Larson has been my most valuable experience in the accounting industry. The size of the firm allows you to be very well rounded.  I was able to interact with clients directly and partners and managers are always available for questions. The learning environment is very conducive to someone coming out of school and looking to expand their knowledge while also getting valuable experience.” (Chandler, Intern 2022)
