Determination creates the future. Jon Haderlie grew up in rural Utah learning the value of hard work. One of the lessons he learned while working the land is that no matter what life throws at you, ultimately you are responsible for the outcome. It was a perfect education for someone who was meant to build his career through sheer determination. Jon has a clear understanding of the Larson & Company vision and is focused on the long term future of the firm. Larson & Company’s entrepreneurial culture has been the perfect fit for Jon’s drive and willingness to put in the extra effort to change the future.
Relationships make a difference. Jon’s relationships with his clients enable him to gain a deep understanding of their financial needs and help them prepare for the future. As our government audit partner, he is well known in the government community as a resource for answers to complicated questions. Jon’s expertise and client relationship skills give him the ability to answer and explain questions to individuals of all levels of understanding, thus making a difference in helping the organization at all levels.
Always learning, always improving. Jon has a passion for learning and actually went back to school to become a CPA when he became interested in accounting. One of his favorite quotes by Louis L’Amour sums up Jon’s love of learning nicely: “The best of all things is to learn. Money can be lost or stolen, health and strength may fail, but what you have committed to your mind is yours forever.” Jon brings his love of learning to his clients, connecting with them outside of the scope of the audit to bring new updates and solutions to their unique situations.
