Employee Wellness is an Important Part of Our Company Culture

At Larson and Company, we believe that a healthy company culture provides the best opportunity for our employees and firm to grow.  We make it a priority to offer employees the tools they need to sustain their physical and mental well-being during challenging times in their careers. 

Employees at Larson are valued members of our team, and we encourage all employees to exercise healthy habits in order to be happier and healthier people.  Employees voluntarily participate in the Wellness Program and find tools to help motivate and challenge themselves in different aspects of health.  Participation helps build team unity, contributes to overall work/life balance, reduces stress and earns rewards!

  • Friday Fika:  a moment to share a snack, reflect on gratitude, and connect with co-workers
