Our annual wellness program, initiated during our busy season, is a testament to this commitment. By encouraging our employees to focus on their health, we ensure that they are not only able to meet the demands of their work but also thrive in their personal lives. Introducing the Larson 50 Years Strong: Healthy Together Program
In honor of our 50th anniversary, we are proud to have launched the 'Larson 50 Years Strong: Healthy Together in 2025' wellness program. This special edition of our wellness initiative is designed to celebrate our milestone year by encouraging our employees to engage in healthy habits and achieve their wellness goals.
Running from January 12 to April 5, 2025, this 12-week program invites all employees to voluntarily participate. The program is tailored to individual needs and focuses on three key areas: exercise, nutrition, and mental well-being. By setting daily and weekly goals, participants will spend 50 minutes or more each day dedicated to their health, showing gratitude for a healthy mind and body, and contributing to a healthier and stronger company.
Personalized Wellness Goals for a Balanced Life
The 'Larson 50 Years Strong: Healthy Together' program is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing participants to customize their wellness goals according to their personal preferences and needs. The program encourages a minimum of three exercise sessions per week, healthy eating habits, and time dedicated to self-care.
Participants earn points by completing daily and weekly goals, such as exercising for 50 minutes, drinking 50 ounces of water, and spending 50 minutes outdoors. These goals are aimed at promoting a balanced life, ensuring that employees can maintain their health and well-being even during the busiest times of the year.
Celebrate Milestones with Rewards and Recognition
We believe in celebrating the accomplishments of our employees, and the 'Larson 50 Years Strong' program includes a robust reward system to recognize their efforts. Participants can earn gift cards from popular retailers such as Amazon, Delta Airlines, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Scheels, based on the points they accumulate.
Rewards are given after each four-week session, with participants achieving Silver or Gold levels based on their commitment to the program. This recognition not only motivates employees to stay engaged but also reinforces the importance of maintaining healthy habits.
Sustaining Healthy Habits Beyond the Program
While the Larson 50 Years Strong program is a 12-week initiative, our goal is to inspire lasting changes in our employees' lifestyles. We encourage participants to adopt the wellness principles learned during the program as a sustainable way of life.
