Our Services
As a full-service CPA firm, we offer eight service lines, all shaped by the industries we serve.
A statutory audit and a nonprofit single audit both fall under audit and attest, but almost nothing about executing them is the same. That is the difference between a list of services and a firm that has built them around specific client types. Every service below is delivered by people who work in a defined set of industries, not by a general staffing pool assigned by availability.
If you already know which service you need, click the name to go straight to the service page. If you aren’t sure what you need, the short descriptions of each service and the "start here" section can help.
Our Award Winning Services
Audit and Attest
Financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, and agreed upon procedures for organizations that answer to regulators, lenders, boards, or federal grantors. Our audit practice is concentrated in insurance, captive insurance, government, nonprofit, and employee benefit plans. Statutory accounting principles, Government Auditing Standards, and the Uniform Guidance are part of our daily work, not something we pull out once a year.
Tax
Compliance and planning for businesses, owners, and the specialty entities in between.
We handle corporate, partnership, and individual returns, along with the positions general practitioners tend to avoid: captive insurance tax under 831(b) and related provisions, dealership LIFO and inventory methods, nonprofit unrelated business income, and multi-state allocation for companies operating across jurisdictions.

SOC and IT Audit
SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 reports for service organizations whose clients are asking hard questions about controls.
If your prospects are sending security questionnaires or your contracts now require an attestation, a SOC report is usually the fastest way to stop answering the same questions individually. We run readiness assessments first, so the actual examination doesn't surface surprises.
Cybersecurity Assessments
Risk assessments and control reviews for organizations that need to demonstrate security maturity to regulators, clients, or plan participants.
This work overlaps heavily with our benefit plan and insurance practices. The Department of Labor's cybersecurity guidance puts real expectations on plan sponsors and their service providers, and insurance data security laws now apply in most states. We assess against those specific frameworks rather than a generic checklist.
Outsourced Accounting
Monthly close, transaction processing, controller support, and CFO level guidance for organizations that need the function without the headcount
Engagements range from bookkeeping cleanup and QuickBooks support through full outsourced accounting departments with monthly reporting packages and cash flow forecasting. We work with dealerships, nonprofits, small carriers, and growing private companies.
Consulting and Advisory
Support for the decisions that fall outside a compliance calendar.
These services cover transaction due diligence, internal control design and remediation, regulatory examination response, forensic and fraud investigation, and technical accounting guidance on standards such as ASC 606, ASC 842, and CECL. Growth Advisory sits within this practice and focuses on strategic planning, KPI development, and profitability analysis for owners scaling a business.
Wealth Management
Personal financial planning and investment management through our partnership with Mariner.
Business owners rarely separate the business decision from the personal one. The partnership lets us coordinate tax planning, entity structure, retirement funding, and succession in a single conversation, in tandem with your tax advisor who already has the full picture.
Not sure where to start?
Most people arrive with a situation rather than a service name. Here are the common ones.
• A regulator, lender, or grantor is requiring an audit. Start with Audit and Attest, or go directly to the page for your entity type: insurance company audit, captive audit, nonprofit and single audit, government and Yellow Book audit, or 401(k) plan audit.
• A client is asking for a SOC report. Start with SOC 1 or SOC 2 depending on whether the request is about financial reporting controls or security and availability.
• Your benefit plan crossed one hundred participants with a balance. You likely need a benefit plan audit filed with your Form 5500. Start with the 401(k) audit page.
• Your dealership’s books are behind or your bookkeeper left. Start with outsourced accounting.
• You need a tax return prepared for your captive insurance company. Start with captive insurance, then captive tax.
• You want a second opinion on your current firm's work. Contact us directly. We do this often and can give you an idea of the quality of work you are receiving.
How engagements work
Scoping conversation.
We ask about your entity, your deadlines, your regulators, and what went wrong last time. This is where we decide whether we are the right firm, and we say so if we are not.
Written scope and fee.
You get the scope, the timeline, the deliverables, and the fee in writing before work starts. No hourly surprises at the end.
Fieldwork and communication.
You get a named engagement team and a single point of contact. Requests come in one organized list rather than in a blur of individual emails.
Delivery and debrief.
Reports are delivered on the committed date. We follow up with what we found, what to fix, and what to expect next cycle.
