Moab CPA Office

Welcome to our Moab office, serving Grand and San Juan counties in Southern Utah, Colorado’s Western Slope, and the surrounding Intermountain West.

Moab runs on visitors, and that shapes almost everything about how businesses here manage money. Revenue arrives in a compressed season. Payroll scales up and down. Inventory and maintenance spending happens before the revenue does. A profitable year can still produce a cash problem in February.

We have worked in this market long enough to plan around it rather than react to it. The office serves lodging operators, outfitters and guide services, restaurants, retail, contractors, professional practices, local government entities, and nonprofits.

Why clients come to this office

Being present in a small market matters in ways that are hard to replicate remotely. We are local CPAs who know the area, the season, the local tax jurisdictions, the lenders, and how visitation patterns move through the whole local economy.

Practical knowledge shows up in the details. Which short-term rental taxes the booking platforms already collect, and which ones the operator still owes. Structuring cash planning so the off season is funded before it arrives. What a slow spring means for the rest of the year.
