Bookkeeper
Location: Accounting Services Department, Moab Office

Job Responsibilities
- Inputting client financial information into accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks or Peachtree)
- Reconciling client bank accounts and preparing monthly financial statements
- Preparing and issuing client payroll checks
- Preparing and submitting quarterly payroll tax reports
- Assessing and meeting write-up client needs
Technical Requirements
- Microsoft Office proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Write-up/bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Experience preparing and submitting payroll checks and payroll tax reports (preferred)
- Experience using Quicken, QuickBooks, and/or Peachtree (preferred)

Educational Requirements
- Associates Degree (preferred, but not required)
Compensation
- $19-23/hour depending on experience
